Things have changed in regards to how we are procuring grain for Tharaldson Ethanol from the way we were doing things in the past year. Clifford Farmers Coop Elevator has now leased the grain storage facility at Casselton in order to buy and store corn for sale to Tharaldson Ethanol. There are many things that have not changed. What has not changed is that Brad Kjar and Keith Finney are still the buyers for the Casselton facility. With these changes, Clifford will be offering other marketing alternatives which were not offered in the past. (Storage. delayed pricing etc.) You will still receive payment from the main office at Clifford as always and you may continue to sell through your local buyer or sell direct to Brad and Keith through Clifford Farmers Coop Elevator. As we go forward. we will try to send out more information on marketing programs, markets and other issues you may find helpful.
